As someone who experiences internal seasons, allowing your space around you to shift with the seasons can be a supportive external reminder. Bring in seasonal wreaths or flowers to stay attuned to the season. How might you bring in the external season around you into your space?
Create a designated space for the way you make a living
However you make a living, include a carved out space in your home dedicated to this craft or trade. Even if you work outside the home, have a space that is just yours and dedicated to your specialty.
Curate collections of your fave things and use in your surroundings
Whatever collection holds your heart, let yourself collect and refine your collection with great pleasure. Whether that’s hair products, a singing bowl collection, herbal tinctures, magazines, hockey cards, or something else, put your collection out in the home or celebrate it in some way.
Tidy
Something special about Markets People is they are very fresh. Current. They are sensitive to what is stale. When the energy in a space loses its vibrancy and freshness, a good tidy is necessary. You may even tend toward big seasonal cleans depending on your Design Type. Notice if you’re sensitive to messes or not.

To remind yourself of your sensitivities and honouring them, bring in protection amulets according to your culture, protection stones/crystals, smoke cleansing, and even installing cute and effective locks/security system to help bring ease to sensitive bodies. Beyond this, consider what makes you feel protected.
