There are 12 Diet Regimes in Human Design: consecutive, alternating, open, closed, hot, cold, calm, nervous, high, low, direct and indirect. Each of these 12 Diet Regimes can be classified into three subcategories for a potential 36 refined dietary regimens.
In Human Design, it is not only about what you put into your body, but how you put nourishment into your body. The conditions or circumstances in which you nourish yourself are very important. Consuming food in your correct Environment and in your correct Dietary Regimen is more energetically important than eating what we consider “well”. Eating “well” often changes with fads and diet trends. Your body’s unique needs are not a fad, and you can find them in your design.
Do your best to put yourself in the correct place (Environment) and eat the correct way (Dietary Regimen) according to your body’s design.
Once calculated, navigate your charts to Foundation > Body to view your Determination and Cognition (this tells us how you should eat according to your Dietary Regimen)
